The Yoga Site was launched in 1997 to serve as an independent yoga resource center. The Yoga Shop was launched about one year later to help support that mission. Your patronage is very important to us and is greatly appreciated. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions or comments.

We take your privacy and security very seriously and are commited to protecting your personal information.

We never sell, rent or exchange information about our customers. This includes your name, address, phone number and email address. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and to contact you about your order. Occassionally we may send you information about products and website news. If we ever send an email of this type we will provide a permanent opt-out link.

About Shipping & Handling

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Allow 3-10 days for delivery.

Rush Orders

For Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day delivery, orders must be received by 11 a.m. Eastern time. Otherwise, please allow one extra day for delivery. For rush delivery, it is best to call us. 508-896-4456

Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

About Refunds & Returns

We will gladly accept returns and will provide a full refund (less shipping and handling) for all yoga mats, props, clothing and shoes, as long as the items are returned within 30 days of purchase in good condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for items purchased at quantity discount prices.

Videos and neti pots are not refundable if opened unless defective. Posters and books are not returnable.
