Fusion is the extra thick and extra long version of the Harmony Mat. At 5/16" thick (a little over 1/4") it offers plenty of cushioning and support. And at 74" long, there's lots of room to stretch out. Like all Hamrony Mats the Fusion Harmony Mat is made of open cell, natural rubber. As such, it offers excellent traction, even when wet from perspiration. Thicker, denser and tougher than standard mats, the Harmony provides a solid, non-slip platform for sweaty practices such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Power or any Vinyasa style yoga -- and for anyone who wants extra comfort.
